Because every product on DGTuniverse is an instantly downloadable digital file, we are not able to offer refunds once a file has been delivered — the same approach most digital shops use, since a download can't be "returned".

If something's wrong

• If a file is corrupted, missing pages, or doesn't match its description, contact us and we'll fix it or replace it at no cost.
• If you were charged twice by mistake, let us know and we'll refund the duplicate.
