Frequently Asked Questions

How does buying work?

Browse the catalog, click a product to see its full page, then click "Buy now". You'll complete your purchase securely and get an instant download link for your PDF files — no account needed.

What do I actually receive?

A PDF file you download and either print at home or use digitally in an app like GoodNotes or Notability. Every product includes both an A4 and a US Letter version.

Are the planners dated?

No — everything is undated, so you can start any day and reuse it every year.

What if I buy the wrong format?

You don't have to choose — every purchase includes both A4 and US Letter files.

Can I print it at a copy shop instead of at home?

Yes, any standard printer or copy shop can print the PDF.

Can I get a refund?

Since files are delivered instantly, we can't offer refunds after download — but if a file has an issue, we'll always fix it. See our refund policy for details.
